Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, including the development of project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Supervise and manage day to day construction activities, troubleshooting issues with subcontractors as needed.
- Conduct cost control activities, comparing fees with signed agreements and benchmarking market pricing for construction and renovations.
- Conduct technical and feasibility studies to meet project specifications.
- Perform regular site inspections, identifying and reporting deficiencies.
- Assess potential risks, materials, and costs associated with projects.
- Participate in asset legalization processes, including understanding complex title deed reviews and verifications.
- Mentor and oversee team members and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and compile status reports.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations, permits, and safety standards.
- Deliver technical files and documentation as required.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineering License.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Proven working experience in civil engineering (Site-Based).
- Experience in planning and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
